You should be Hashing!
You should be Hashing! Get fit and have fun by jogging/walking with the Grand Duchy Hash House Harriers (GDH3) – see our website at www.gdh3.org.
The Grand Duchy Hash House Harriers is one of more than 1500 ‘hashes’ worldwide. Commonly referred to as “a drinking group with a running problem,” GDH3 meets every week, rain or shine, on Sunday late mornings between October and March and on Monday evenings between April and September. There are additional meets on other occasions deemed appropriate (see the Receding Hareline). GDH3 hashes are ‘run’ (or walked, or crawled) by the hounds who follow a trail laid by the hare (see How it Works). It should be stressed that the hash is not a race and competitiveness is discouraged.

No reservations are required to come and ‘hash’. Just turn up with running gear and a sense of humour. It is a GDH3 tradition (but not a rule, see Rules and Down Downs) that the Christmas Party is held in March.
More information on Hash House Harriers can we found on Wikipedia, and the World HHH homepage.
